Hold onto your hats. Very few packages or construction packets have been awarded yet. You may have to wait a couple of years yet before you see any real movement.

According to the west the deal has already been done and the designs made for the workers village, although I was suprised that this had already happened so maybe its BS. Although I think a deal with india had already been done some time ago so maybe things were underway
