Default auto transformer and welding transformer question

1.An auto transformer starter used to start an induction motor on a 415 volts line applies 60 percent of line voltage by the motor during the starting period. If the motor current is 140 ampere at starting. What is the current drawn from the line?

2.The low voltage winding of a step down welding transformer has300 turns and the high voltage winding has 600 turns. When the transformer takes 140 amperes what is the current in the high voltage winding?
