Has anyone tried giving the Artc an Australian address from the uk to get their cert issued.

Heres one has anyone tried using an UK address then when you get a email requesting an Aussie address give them your mates say your lodging with them?
Would they want to see visa stamped or does it get stamped?
I have not used yet!
