THE ARTC LETTER OR THE ARTC CERT?

THE ARTC LETTER OR THE ARTC CERT?
Will be jetting out shortly,busy getting all my info together for licensing etc, got email earlier today"we will only accept an ARTC certificate issued from the appropriate body,laminated,green in appearance on A4 paper, a letter of confirmation will not suffice"...
Rite...so if my ARTC is succesfull, do i get a green laminated cert?...or do i get a letter AND then apply for the green laminated certificate!! OMG i wish i was a woman!! the stress
