Just about to fill out husbands ARTC forms and have a few quick questions hopeing i can get some help with.

What date do we put in date arrived in australia as we are still in uk.
Do we put in the date we expect to arrive which is aug/sept time
or the date we entered last year when we validated visa.

And what phone number do we put down we are using friends address for it to be sent out to so shall we use thier number or husbands uk mobile incase they need to speak to him.
