I am considering starting a mobile chippy van servicing all the expat areas with the finest cod and chips to there door ?

Would this work ?

I think you would find this hard to set up due to paper work . also areas that you targeted where there are lots of holiday makers any takeaway would not be happy .most places are within walking distance to food out let.
ok in the remote places they might be happy to see you but there would not be the volume.Harbour, carboot sale ect,all have food vans and again i think it would start a war.

where in Cyprus were you thinking? Area would give a better reply to you from locals.
