Default Moving to Cyprus in April

Hello All

I am wondering anyone can give me some advice about leasing a car once we arrive? We will be living in Cyprus for 12 months, possibly 2 years, so would be looking at a 1 year lease with the possibility to extend it longer. Has anyone done this or can anyone recommend a company that we can approach? Looking online, most companies have very limited websites in terms of what they offer.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Rob

Suggest you contact the car hire companies direct, and tell them your requirements. Business is not good at the moment, so you are in a strong position to bargain.

With the present situation, I have a Russian friend who is checking the russian speaking forums.
Lots of people are leaving the country, lots of Romanians, Bulgarians as well. They do that due to lack of jobs and are desperate to sell their cars, house appliances, etc.

Good times for bargaining.

Jessy.
