Meeting people in Larnaca
My partner and I recently moved to Larnaca but meeting people around our own age is proving quite a challenge. I am a 41yo Aussie and my partner is a 39yo German. We enjoy outdoor activities especially sailing, kite surfing and socialising. Are there any like minded people out there in the Larnaca area interested in catching up for a drink and a chat?

It's a bit of time since you made the post. If you are still interested in meeting up with people, I'd be very interested. I recently moved to Larnaca and would like to meet similar people for a beer or to get out and take advantage of the country.

Hi Roger,
We're always interested in meeting new people. Not sure if you know your way around Larnaca yet or where you are based so let us know if you prefer to meet somewhere along the main strip or perhaps somewhere along Dekelia Road instead. We're free this weekend and most days next week.

Thanks for the note. It would be good to meet. The strip south of the Marina is the easiest for me.
I could do something tonight (say 9:30 or 10:00). If that won't work, it would need to be the week after next (7th Dec or later).
Not sure if that's enough time to arrange this and this works for you. I am happy to go to any bar there - if you have no pref shall we say the Meeting Pub. Let me know - Will be online for about 30 mins.

I guess I was a bit ambitious with my previous post. Let me know whether any day on w/c 7th works for you. My preferences would be later in the week, either 10th, 11th or 12th. Name a date, place, and time and I'll confirm.

No worries about yesterday - it would have been good going if we'd have managed to sort something.
Friday 11th sounds good. See you then.
To recognise me, I'm about 5'9'', wear glasses (browny tortoise shell ones), black hair, but not that much of it.
