What do i need to produce in order to open a Cypriot Bank Account?

Are you in Cyprus or the UK?

You can open international accounts while resident in UK, which is useful for transferring money.

If here, you'll need your passport, Alien Card or Rediency permit along with proof of address. Banks vary from one to the other, so its difficult to say really.

When I moved here I went to buy a car and the dealer called an insurance agent to the office to deal with my car ins, he is a lovely man and helped me tremendously, he took me to cyta (phone co) the electrical authority, the water company and Laiki bank, he chatted to a bank person, and I had an account within minutes. So I'd say, take a Cypriot along with you! (SNIP)
