[QUOTE=Shirtback;11877045]Have you read the links you've been given?
You sound like I'm bothering you. I am very unhappy with your tone since I have merely asked for help.

[QUOTE=Frankie Bronx;11877131]
I had to go back & look at the posts prior to Shirtbacks [polite] question to you
Many posts of help, including links & steps within the pages. Did you manage to open the links, as well as read all of the help folks provided?
You are new to the forum, we understand the frustration, like many before you - we shall try to help and walk you through it. You'll find the members on BE are the most helpful of any forums.
Please don't take offence if someone asks you a question
Now, back to trying to help you with the spousal visa application

Re: Where does on begin?
Let's try this again.
Spouse visa
5. Documents you need to provide
You’ll need to provide:
your current passport or other valid travel ID
previous passports
one passport-sized colour photograph
proof of your relationship to the person you’re joining - Usually your marriage certificate and copy of their passport picture page.
proof you can meet the financial requirement or maintenance requirement
proof of your knowledge of English if you’re 18 or over - unless you’re applying as an adult dependent relative
your tuberculosis test results if you’re from a country where you have to take the test
You must apply online for this visa.
You may have to pay the healthcare surcharge as part of your application. Check how much you need to pay before you apply.
You’ll need to have your fingerprints and photograph (known as ‘biometric information’) taken at a visa application centre as part of your application.
You may be able to get your visa faster or other services depending on what country you’re in - check with your visa application centre.
That's pretty much all of the previous information in one place. If you're still unsure what you need to do, ask your spouse to read it.

I'm so happy you are perfect. I suggest you "help" someone who appreciates your hostility. This process is hard enough for me.

Re: Where does on begin?
While getting the documents together is a lengthy process if you don't meet the financials everything else is a waste of time.
Can you meet them?

Re: Where does on begin?
Have a read back over the replies given in this thread, and the info in threads that have been linked to. If things are still unclear, you can always ask for more help.
There were a couple of questions asked of you earlier that went unanswered. Does your spouse meet the financial requirements to sponsor or are you both in receipt of benefits?
In the meantime, have you explored the option of visiting - I know that sometimes there are issues with spouses getting visit visas but may be worth exploring. As are other ways to keep in touch - Skype or facetime? It does not really reduce the distance but may help a little.

I think you may be misreading posts, and your own frustrations with the process are causing you to see hostility where none exists.

Re: Where does on begin?
You have other things to worry about first.
1. Is your spouse employed, getting DLA/PIP or Carer's Allowance.
2. If the answer to 1 is yes, which one.
3. How much per week is her income before tax?
4. How much savings does your spouse have.
Those 4 questions will decide whether you can even apply for a spouse visa. Without those answers, no-one can help you.
