Just filling out the forms now and got To accommodation requirements.

we tried to rent a house we love but until.i get to uk in May the agency won't allow us to start a application for referencing.

so.our plan is I will stay in my mums spare room with our 2 kids, and partner will arrive a week later and we will.book a air bnb or a hotel room until we can rent the house...
if we book.a 2 or 4 week.air bnb or hotel room would that suffice, we would not actually use it as he would stay in my mums house with us, but it wont meet the requirements as it's a 2 bed bungalow with 1 bathroom.

so option book a air bnb/hotel for a 2 or 4 week stay or longer, then cancel it within 48hrs. Would this be ok.
