Dear All,
I am Pakistani Citizen residing in UAE. i have applied for UK spouse visa on 13th March, 2019 at VFS Dubai.
I have fulfilled English Requirement based on my qualification. and i have provided below, please let me know if it is enough
1. Copy of my Bachelors degree ( 4 years Hons degree)
2. Official letter from my university stating that degree was taught or researched in english
3. UK NARIC statement of comparability which confirms that my degree is equivalent to UK Bachelors degree.

Please let me know if it is enough. I am very confused.
ALSO if you can please let me know about processing times for UK Spouse visas applied in VFS Dubai as standard ( non-priority)

You only need either UK NARIC or IELTS Life Skills A1 or a UK taught degree so yes, it is enough. Sorry don't know anything about UAE timelines

Hello, I took the Academic IELTS exam 3 years ago and got C1 in it.
can I apply for the spouse visa with it? or do I have to take the IELTS Life Skills A1?

You can not use academic. Ppl who did reported their visas were denied. It has to be A1 Life Skills
