UK Spouse Visa - Cash Gift Question
In regard to applying for a UK spouse visa using the cash gift savings route, I have a question about proof of transaction between the giver of the cash gift and the receiver.
The cash gift was given in two parts, the first part in 2019 and the second part this year. I have evidence of the transaction from the second part (this year), but I lack evidence for the first part, in 2019, because the transaction is from more than 3 years ago and I'm not able to access the statements from my online bank. Would our application be likely to fail if this evidence isn't provided? I will include a declaration from the cash gift giver and a letter from myself explaining everything.

Re: UK Spouse Visa - Cash Gift Question
Ideally you should provide the relevant statement - perhaps contact your bank for assistance? - however if you cannot provide it then it should not be a game stopper if you provide an explanation.
