On her application it was supposed to be September 2018, but her visa was denied so I made an appeal and with God's grace the appeal was considered so was given a visa. I never thought that there is a 30-days validity period for her to enter the UK and due to work issues and family matters I cannot go to pick her up within that validity period. BTW, She is still a minor. We already planned to go and get her in August 2019. I am planning to put 15 August 2019 as her new date of entry in her application for Transfer of Conditions. |

A Transfer of Conditions would be the way to go. You would normally apply for this after the existing 30 day period had expired.

Not sure but I would give yourself plenty of time if you have to travel on 15 August. I would apply next Friday.
