How long after you escalate a case do you hear back from UK immigration? We did our biometric in the end of November, still haven't had out visas approved. The visas are for Guernsey so they had to be sent there for decision but Guernsey has already emailed the UK to let them know a decision has been made however, when I called the UK immigration center or whatever they are called, I was told that they are still awaiting a decision. Spoke to immigration officer in Guernsey who let me know that if I don't hear from them in a week I should let Guernsey immigration to let them know so they can email them again to get the case going. My case has now been escalated and the person I spoke with over the phone when I called UK immigration number let me know that I will be contacted within 15 business days. We have been waiting for over 5 months now. I can't believe it is taking so long. Glad I didn't pay priority as from what I have seen, it seems they are taking their time with applications.
