Re: Spouse to ILR, general info
Well, happy to report Mrs TB has now gotten her ILR, or will have when the passport comes back. She went to Cardiff with my sister yesterday (I was still in hospital ), and rocked up for her appt. The lady at the office praised Mrs TB for having all the docs prepared (wasn't hard!). Mrs TB told to leave the building and they'd call her in 3hrs time when a decision was made. But it was only an hour and she got the call, went back in and was told 'all good', paid and left.
Whole process was painless and less hassle than any of us thought it would be. (bit pricey though!).

Mrs TB's passport turned up yesterday (Fri). That's pretty good considering her appt was on Wed in Cardiff and the passport had to go to Sheffield for printing and we live in Surrey!
