Hi All! I'm finally getting to the point of submitting my UK Spousal Visa application, I being the US citizen, and my husband being the British citizen. We are proving our finances by showing savings over 62K. I'd love feedback on my submission checklist. Anything we're missing? Too little? Too much? THANK YOU!

• 2 page document stating what the visa we're applying for, what we've including in our application, and timeline of relationship

• United States Marriage Certificate
  
• United States Court Document for Name Change post Marriage
  
• United States Voter Registration Cards
  
• United States Dental Insurance
  
• United States Health Insurance
  
• United States Car Insurance
  
• United States Car Title
  
• Photos of relationship (8 pages from 2013 to now)
  

Proof of Address for UK (we own a flat there as a second home)

• UK Mortgage
  
• UK Land Registry for co-owned property
  

Finance (we are showing cash savings over 62K GBP)

• Declaration of joint funds from my husband and I
  
• 6 Months Bank States from our joint account (we are planning on getting this stamped by the bank tomorrow)

You don't need all those health/dental insurance documents nor the car title document

You do need to show where the money comes from. Your own employment/savings/sale of house/gifted ???

I would also include evidence of cohabitation, e.g. utility bills, rates bills, etc..
