Service fee at visa application center

Service fee at visa application center
Hi every one,
Is there a visa processing fee to be paid at the visa application center.
I mean we applied for settlement visa from Qatar. We paid the online application fee and the IHS fee.
but when my wife went to the appointment at the visa center in Doha she was told to pay visa processing fee
which is over $400 or close to $700 if it's priority service. That was unexpected and never mentioned in the appointment letter.

Thanks everyone I got the answer. there was no extra fees to pay at the visa application center.
They acknowledged it was a mistake from their part.
