Same Process time for Rejected and Successful Settlement Case?
I am just wondering if there is any differece in the process time for rejected and successful case.
Mainly successful case time-line is listed in this thread

The ECO has to process your application before they issue a visa or a refusal - so the answer to your question is 'no'.
