Reg C-Visit Visa to Spouse-dependent visa
Hi,
I have a C-Visit (Tourist/Visiting visa) and I am in USA right now. My wife is working in the UK. Now, I want to move to the UK. Can I use my current visa which is C-Visit to enter into the UK and then by residing inside the UK, convert into spouse-dependent visa? My wife holds an Indian passport and is on work-visa. I hold an Indian passport too.

No you should apply for the correct visa before you travel . Did you get the c visa to visit your wife?

what was the C visa issued for ,to visit your wife or something else?
As previously stated you can not swap in country so you will need to apply for a settlement visa if you wish to stay there from the US or India.
