Question about VISA and arrival dates

Question about VISA and arrival dates
So I received my fiancé visa yesterday (feb 27 ) and the date stated that I can enter is April 24 and expires October 24 and I’m curious if I have to be there by that date (April 24 ) or if I can enter a few weeks later (may 16) . Can’t seem to find a clear answer.

You’ll also need to marry and apply for your spouse visa before 24 October.
