Pre-settled Status Eligibility
I am here in the UK with my wife who is a Danish citizen. I am here on a UK Family Permit/Entry Clearance (from Ghana). My wife has been here since October 2018...I came in November 2018. We are applying for settled/pre-settled status.
Do we have to have 6 months of residing in the UK before we are eligible for pre-settled status?
Please help.

No, you can apply straight away. If you have a National Insurance Number and you have been working then it should be a straightforward application.
