Hello friends,
I'm originally from India, and wanted to relocate in Europe or UK. But I heard work visa is a very difficult procedure as well as they never gives chance or jobs for outsiders.....Is it true? Currently I'm working in MNC and I really wanted to relocate to the UK.

I hate to put you off, but as we are all British citizens we can't help with info about work visas to the UK. You would be better off on a forum which caters for that type of thing.
