Need help with Section 12 of BNA 1948!
Hoping one of the British citizenship oracles on this board might be able to help with what is hopefully a basic question...I'm preparing my cover letter for a Romein application. Going well, however I need to say under what subsection of BNA 1948 Section 12 my mother received her CUKC by descent status. She was born in the US in 1942 to a British father who was born in Nottinghamshire in 1910. Is it Section 12(2)? Thank you in advance for the assistance.
