Hi we moved back to Chelmsford Essex last May after 2 and a half years in Ontario. We are so happy to be back but my what a lot of adjusting it took. I have plenty to say about it. Please PM me and I will be happy to tell you everything lol!!!

Hi, I live in Chelmsford and have done all my life, I love it here (even tho we are looking at moving to oz ), having everything on our doorstep. Theres not much you can fault here! :-)

Earlier this year I moved back to a village outside of Chelmsford to be with my ancient and unwell Dad and after some time abroad and I am enjoying myself - and even managed to get a good job to keep me busy. Chelmsford has changed a lot since I left and even though it is a major commuting town (or is it a city now?) for London which was so terribly affected by the economic woes, it still has a vibrancy. I went there yesterday and discovered a market on the high street which was lovely.

In the past I never really liked the place - and I don't know why - but my opinion was superficial. Now I've seen it in contrast I think that it is a good place and a good choice to return to in the UK. It has an awful lot going for it.
