Listing flatmate personal details on Appendix 2 of VAF4

Listing flatmate personal details on Appendix 2 of VAF4
I'm completing Appendix 2 for the UK spouse visa application and it asks me to list my husband's flatmates' personal details including their nationality and passport numbers, and I was wondering if this was really necessary.
My UK husband currently has 4 flatmates but they don't interact or speak to one another as each person "lives" in their room in this 6-bedroom flat. The landlord rents each room individually on its own lease.
It seems overly invasive for him to have to ask each of them for anything beyond their last name.
Can anyone shed light on this?
Will we be okay if we just include each flatmate's full name?
