Leasehold = rent?

Leasehold = rent?
Hi there,
Bit of a stupid question, but I'm filling out my SET(O) application for ILR, and question 5.2 asks if I pay rent/mortgage. I have a leasehold so I still pay ground rent - does that count? Slightly confused because for 5.1 I've checked that I own my home...
