Job Offer Requirements
Hi all,
We are in the process of applying for our spouse visa, and will be going down the job offer route.
I have been in Aus earning more than the 18.600 for the past 5 years, and have a job offer in the UK for whenever we intend to go back.
My question is what exactly does the letter from the employer with the job offer have to state? I cant seem to find a definitive answer apart from it has to be on headed paper from the company??
I have been looking for an example online but can find nothing
Any help would be very much appreciated!

All on company headed paper and signed. There is no example on line, but it's pretty much what any employment letter would contain whether for immigration purposes or not.

Job description, salary, place of employment, starting date, whether permanent, full time, temporary etc etc.
All on company headed paper and signed. There is no example on line, but it's pretty much what any employment letter would contain whether for immigration purposes or not.
