Hello,

I have pre-settled status since the beginning of December 2022. To get to this final point, I sent in my German ID card and they scanned both sides. Following that, a UKVI account was opened on my behalf, so I can generate share codes. However, I noticed that instead of the front side of my ID (with my name, DOB, photo, etc.) it displays the back side.
I have reported this issue months ago and receive text messages from the EU Settlement Resolution Centre once in a while saying "We are sorry that you have encountered difficulties when using your account. Once this issue has been rectified, we will contact you with an update."

I have received eight by now.

Does anyone have an idea what to do about this? I was wondering if I should send them my passport. However, the passport is already in the system and I use its' number to log on to my UKVI account. So it's not a new document, but if they scan that, at least there is no backside.
