Hi everyone, my husband needs to apply for ILR this month. However, his passport and national ID have both expired. We have had ongoing issues in his home country with a falsified case against him, meaning renewal is not straightforward.

He had a valid UK driving licence, his expired passport, expired national ID card and birth certificate. He has completed his 5 years on spouse visa. We have two boys under the age of two. Any support and guidance of this would be appreciated.
