Hi there,
So in the ILR application it asks about other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK.
For eg evidence of an active relationship with a child or parent or medical evidence for serious illness.

Is this where we would answer yes because we have two children aged 7 and 2. But it then asks about evidence to show this. What could that include? im a bit unsure as it has not asked about our children’s details in the application at all only asked if we have children.
If anyone could help that would be great.

It’s asking you whether there are compelling or compassionate reasons why your application should be granted if you don’t meet the requirements so the usual answer is no.
