Default I am Qualified?

Hi All,

Sorry for keep asking but this forum is really good help for me.
We are about to send all our documents for my application but we have some confusion.
My husband left middle east last 16 June 2018 and he went back to UK to find a job. And now he has a job offer more than the requirements to sponsor me. I am qualified to apply a spouse visa for Category B? – Less than 6 months with current employer or variable income – overseas sponsor returning to the UK

We gather all the requirements below.

-English requirement IELTS- A1 -
-TB medical exam report (No Need as I am in Middle East)
-4 passport photos
-Birth certificate Sponsors Documents
-Cover letter
-Scan of British passport
-Birth Certificate Sponsors Documents
-Employment contract Overseas
-1 year Bank Statement (stamped and signed)
-Payslip for 1 year
-Employment contract in UK (Job Offer)
-Marriage certificate (original and certified)
-Travel tickets, boarding passes and hotel booking
-Photos together (wedding and holidays photos)
-Message records (screen shoot and print)

To be prepare once confirm that I am qualified to apply in Category B
-Priority visa receipt
- Printed and signed online application form
-HIS/ NHS payment confirmation
- Biometric appointment confirmation
- VAF4A Appendix 2

Hoping that someone can reply me again.
Thank you in advance

remember SU07 form and letter from employer confirming salary, type of contract, name, how often he is paid, start date etc

your languge certificate will need to be approved by UKVI, check the approved UKVI english examination centres on UKVI website

Yes you can apply under Cat B as long as in the 12 months prior to the date of application (not 12 months prior to him leaving the job) he earned over the required amount, and also the new job offer is over the required amount.

You do not need SU07......that is used for dependent adults such as aged parents.

Form SU07/12 is not required when sponsoring a spouse.

Yes, providing his salaried income in the last twelve month has been above the threshold.
