How many hours do I have to work as EU national when my husband has got a FP?
Hello,
I have got a question regarding to a EEA Family Permit in the UK.
How many hours do I have to work to be excessing treaty rights in the UK? I am looking for a job, registered as a jobseeker at the moment, I have been offered a part-time job with 12hrs a week. Would these hours be enough?
I am an EU national and my husband is a non-eu citizen with a EEA Family Permit which is valid for 5 years, working full-time.
Thank you.
Have a lovely day!

There's no minimum number of hours required.

An EEA family permit is not valid for 5 years. It is valid for 6 months. Perhaps you're referring to the EEA2 residence card?
His employment status (as a non-EU family member) is irrelevant to his right to be here; only yours is relevant.
