Has anyone changes their Surname while on a visa?
Hi
My daughter wants to change her last name to our Family name ( she has her bio father's last name and has no contact with him for 18 years ).
Now she is 18 she doesn't need permission to change her name by deed poll.
But I have just read that if you change your name when on a visa the visa will become invalid. ( We are on an E2 ). Anyone have any knowledge or experience.advice with this?
