Default FLR question and advice please!

Hi, just completing my application for Further leave to remain, there’s one particular question I’m not sure what the right answer is.

I have had ILR under Spouse visa way back but left the UK in 2010 so on relocating I had to start again.

there’s a question: Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner. Do I put yes or no? I have tried both answers but the option list is the same, no box to say this is a ‘second time round/start again’. I don’t recall this question 2.5 years ago!

Any help appreciated.

TIA!!

If you arrived on a Spouse visa 2.5 years ago then it’s an extension.

Thanks for response! So I should just answer Yes to that question and then select First extension as a Partner, and the fact that I have actually done this entire process previously can be ignored as that is no longer a relevant visa as the ILR is no longer current?

Yes. It’s not precisely correct because you’ve been through the process before but it’s the answer that they want.
