Default Flr m Category B

Can both applicants and sponsors incomes be combined for cat B.
and can the sponsors job be less than 6 months aswell as the applicants

Also are ALL payslips necessary . My husband had worked through a few agencies and he may not have all his slips however bank statements and HMRC clearly show his earnings

Yes, both applicants and sponsors income can be combined for Cat B

Yes, all payslips are necessary. You need payslips to prove that your combined income is equivalent to 18,600 GBP annually, and that your combined incomes for past 12 months also are equivalent to 18.600 GBP annually.

Okay
And does it matter if BOTH applicants and sponsors jobs are less than 6 months

Looking back to June 2022, you state that your husband has lost his job and that you do not work.
How do you intend to apply under Cat B with both of your incomes?
Did you both get jobs starting June 2022?

we've both started jobs July 2022. My husband has earned a total of around 14k from September 21 onwards through different jobs. We now aim to reach the required amount with the remaining time. Does this sound right?
also does the home office accept documents submission after the application has been submitted?

Must admit I'm wondering how you intend to prove that a) together you earn with your current jobs 18,600 GBP (having only started in July - I think you are applying in September?) and b) how together you earned 18,600GBBP over past 12 months. ie. Sept 2022 back to September 2021

You need to read from Page 23 of the following document, to make sure you have all the payslips, bank statements etc to show your income:
https://assets.publishing.service.go...equirement.pdf

Basically for Cat B:

Under Category B, the financial requirement must be met and evidenced in 2 parts. First, where the applicant’s partner and/or the applicant (if they are in the UK with permission to work) is in salaried employment at the date of application and has been with the same employer, or earning the amount relied upon, for less than the last 6 months, they can count the gross annual salary at the date of application towards the financial requirement. There is no required minimum period for this current employment, provided that the requirements for specified evidence under paragraph 2 of Appendix FM-SE can be met in respect of it.

Second, the person must in addition have received in the 12 months prior to the date of application the level of income required to meet the financial requirement, based on: • the gross amount of salaried or non-salaried employment income of the applicant’s partner (in the UK or overseas) and/or the applicant (if they are in the UK with permission to work)

The HO does not accept documents dated/submitted after application submission.

my husband has worked through agencies which is how he has been making his wage through different jobs. Since September 21
and yes we have started a new job in July and we are not going to earn 18600 within 2 months. Our jobs are basically paying enough to show that annually our gross would be above 18600 .
