FLR(M) 5 Year Route
Dear all
I m a brit and Portugal national. My mother join me as a EEA dependent 6 months visa.
We have applied for
and got refusal.
Please advice what to do now.

From the letter it seems like you are not qualified to sponsor your mother under this category. You would have to sponsor her using your British, not Portuguese, nationality.

Not sure why the title of this thread is 'FLR(M) 5 Year Route' - you've applied for an EEA Residence card, not a spouse visa.
Did you actually move with your mother to another EU country?
