First Adult Passport from abroad
Hi everyone!
I am a dual citizen between Canada and the United Kingdom.
I need to renew my British passport which will be my first adult passport.
On the application page it mentions that I may have to attend an interview.
Would I have to go to the UK for the interview or would it be at a consulate here in Canada?

Overseas passport interviews are rare and usually reserved for high risk countries/circumstances. It’s very unlikely you’d be interviewed renewing a passport from Canada but if you are then it’ll be done by HMPO via video link at your local British consulate.
