Financial / Accommodation Questions

Financial / Accommodation Questions
Hiya,
I have a questions about the financial and accommodations part of the application.
Backstory my Husband got a raise in April but wont reflect on bank statements until May 2019.
There's a part about them being with the same employer. It asks what they earn "The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount."
But it asks before the six months. He wasn't making that. Im just worried we will fill it out wrong.
Also, many people on here have said they used a housing report/ survey? Ive never heard of such a thing.
If we got those would those also be subject to the 28 day rule?

He just got a raise in April. So not long. We are planning to apply in November due to the 6 months wage slips situation.
Before his raise he was earning 18,400. Only 200 under... goodness. hes been at this current job for over 2 years now.

You just need to wait for him to accrue six months’ worth of payslips and bank statements with his new salary if he’s working in the UK to apply under Category A.
A housing survey/report can be useful if you’re in shared accommodation. What’s your husband’s accommodation situation?

We will be living with his parents.
They own their own home. Its a 2 bedroom of which they will occupy one and us the other.
We will be living there until I can work; which hopefully wont be long. With the spousal visa is that immediately or will I have to wait 6 months? **If you know, sorry**
