email saying decisin taken?
hello, we emailed HO t get feedback as we didnt receive docs back and they said decision already taken. but we havent received any email confirming decision or to pick up passport?
should we wait or go directly to visa center check if the passport is there?
in case of refusal do they send a refusal letter before?
this is the most stressful thing we've done in our lives......
