please answer my query.
i will apply EEA family permit from Rome within few days.previously i refused several times on different ground.Firstly i wish to mention my sorroundings.My sponser is my Father(EU citizen)who accompany me frome Rome to uk.He works here and we live in the same house.My mother (EU Citizen)with my younger brothers are in uk who are dependent on my mother.
first time,my eea FP was refused due to problem was in birth certificate.In decision letter asked DNA certificate and dependency proof.
2nd time i provided what was asked by refusal letter.again they refused as DNA centre wasn't home office approved.but didn't say about dependency proof where i submitted the papers for dependency are-1.resident certificate showed i live with my father at the same house
2.money transfer slip from my father(italy) to me(my home country when i was in my home country) with 6 months my bank statement showed same amount of money was sent to me.but money transfer wasn't monthly and like 3 slip per year.some years didn't send money.but overall 7 to 8 years money transfer slip (10-12 number)i submitted.

Now my question,
1)i did DNA test from home office approved Dna centre.
2.As my Father resident in italy ,here all papers are in italian and translation is expensive.Which documents i need to translate and during translation do i need to legalise after translation.
3.we know in application form we need to show a address or hotel reservation.so,what i will do?give my mom's home address in uk(will they make another issue to refuse if give it) or better to do hotel resevation.
4.As dependency proof ,will it be good if i show the resident certificate showed that we live in the same house for 2 years and previous money transfer slip,council tax bil (my father changed name as me)on my name of the same house?
5)what should my father write in cover letter?i accompany him for few weeks vacation(as i previously wrote as i will travel with my father for 1/2 weeks)??he previously travel uk many times as my mother lives there.

How old are you and which passport do you hold? If both your parents are EU citizens then why aren’t you?

i am 29 years and bangladshi national and dependent on my father.my parents are italian.i applied for Italian citizenship but that will take huge time.i completed my graduation from my native country and joined my father in italy permanently in 2017.

So both you and your father live in Rome? Is it your intention to visit or live in the UK?

yes.i refused several times previously where i told for traveling but now want to go there for live with my father.i am afraid is that rise any consern?

You've been refused several visa applications so any new application will receive additional scrutiny.

Personally I find it a stretch that you could be considered dependent on your father at 29 but see what they say.

i have completed my graduation for 2 years and didn't do any work and planning to continue my study while i can get a visa.i am living with my father in the same residence here in italy for 2 years and he provide me everthing waht i need but i don't have any money receipts as he provide me money in hand .is it ok?.what documents i will provide other than relationship evidence(Dna test report) and dependency proof,in respect of i will accompany my father?
