Dilemma
What are the requirements for British pensioner man married to a non eea or eu citizen. The British man is based in South Cyprus and his wife is in north Cyprus .they where told for them to live in south Cyprus as a family is impossible, because of the political issues between the two states, so he wants to return to England so he can live together with his wife. What requirements do they need and which visa should they apply.

Does the wife need to also get a job offer since her husband is a state pensioner?

Or, if they're applying using savings instead of income, then the savings can be in either name.

she can't visit or go to the south side of Cyprus where his house is so He comes to the north to be with her for half of the month, every month and also the wife is studying nursing in the north at the moment.

He, the British citizen needs to sponsor her, the wife, for a family visa.
