citizenship ceremony invitation letter
My friend's question :
he is waiting for the citizenship ceremony invitation letter. However, he will relocate to another apartment at the end of May, he is prime concerned about missing the letter, so important.
he has questions as follow :
1. the ceremony letter comes with the original letter such as the birth certificate and other documents he sent to the home office?
2. the mail by DHL or normal mail drop to the mail box ?
3. If it is mail by DHL, can it pick it up at DHL centre ?
Thanks a lot.

1. If possible, then try to protract the moving plans because on several occasions, the essential communication still being sent to older address even after updating them with the new address. Alternatively, leave the accomodation in amicable terms so that at least this communication can be fetched in timely. Also, it can't be rule out that such communication is conveyed through emailing only or alongside with postal route. Theoretically, royal mail redirection seems a solution of it but it wouldn't work where the envelopes are specifically marked as "Don't redirect" which usually is the case here.
2. They use an ordinary 1st class post unless you have supplied them a prepaid trackable envelope which can enable you to monitor its movement.
