Default British citizenship by descent or double descent

Hi I want to confirm can I qualify for British Citizenship according to the new british nationality law. Plz find below my parents and grandparents history.
Please find below the history :

My mother was Born in British colony of Aden, DOB-01/08/1955.She lived with her parents and
siblings in Aden from year 1955-1965(10 years).
In the year 1961 due to civil war they returned back to INDIA. My
mother got married to my father in the year 1974 in India.

We got my mother's British Registration done through her birth
rights (under British Nationality Act 1981, under section 4B) and
got her British Citizenship & British Passport in the year
2003. She got all UK government procedures done like
National Health insuarance, registration with NHS, Voter's card,
Bank Account etc. She claimed her unemployment aswell. My father is a
Indian citizen. My Father being husband & married acquire British Citizenship
& British Passport through my mother? I was born on 11/09/1976 in INDIA.

My grandfather was born in Aden in 1928. Presently he is also british citizen.
Plz help me out can I qualify for British Citizenship

Default Re: British citizenship by descent or double descent

Your father would not have acquired British citizenship through simply being married to your mother. He would’ve needed to have lived in the UK for a number of years on a spouse visa before naturalising as a British citizen.

Section 4B registration is for those who hold a category of British nationality other than British citizenship and does not hold any other citizenship. Given that you’re an Indian citizen then this is not applicable to you.
