So long as you were naturalised before your children were born then they are automatically British citizens by descent and therefore you need only apply for their passports.

Re: British citizenship for child born abroad
Hi
Is it better to apply for a British passport or certificate of entitlement to the right of abode?
I heard that to apply for a British passport it can take 6-12 months. Do I need to be with my kids when applying due to me providing the original documents e.i naturalisation certificate?
I was trying to apply for a spouse visa through the cash savings route. Is it better to sort out my kids citizenship and then apply for a spouse visa?

It would be highly unusual to take 6-12 months for a passport application. You’ll need to submit your naturalisation certificate but the process is done via post. It would be preferable to obtain your children’s passports before applying for your wife’s spouse visa.
