Brexit, once triggered, will likely take 24 months to implement, but hasn't been triggered yet. It has no bearing on your plans in the next few months, and as the spouse of an Italian citizen is highly unlikely to make much difference to you in future. Italy os fairly generous in extending citizenship to a spouse of an Italian citizen, so you will likely be able to retain all the "benefits" of EU membership after the UK leaves the European Onion.
