Application date and marriage evidence question
Hi there, can anyone help me with a couple of questions. I'm going to apply soon for a settlement visa for my wife and was wondering, 1) if the one month cut-off point for bank statements is the date you submit the online form or the date the applicant supplies their biometrics. I was assuming when the online form was submitted. And 2) Having 2 children with British passports and being married for 10 years should satisfy relationship evidence without having to submit photos shouldn't it? Of course along with the marriage certificate and translation. Thanks for any advice.

Re: Application date and marriage evidence question
1) It's the date of application - so when you apply online.
2) If you are submitting your marriage certificates, joint bank statements, your children's birth certificates, etc.. then you shouldn't need to include photos.
