Hello, we have completed our application and have our bio on Thursday. We are applying Route B (less than 6 months work in UK) and just finalizing our Appendix 2 and are a bit confused on questions 3.20 and 3.38. We thought it was combined earned salary from both jobs in the 12 months prior to application meaning they would both have the same answer. BUT reading the guidance has made us more confused. As 3.20 is in the section for his current work and 3.38 is in the section with his old employer?? Any advice would be great thank you !!!
