Unhappy Anyone moved from New Zealand to Britain with a non UK spouse?

I've been trawling through the immigration/uk spouse visa posts and timelines. Can't see any kiwis who have gone through the UK Spouse Visa hoops of fire . Is there anyone out there?
I am British but my OH is a New Zealander and he's panicking about the whole expensive, stressful experience
I now have a job to go to but have to start by the 19th August. Our 2 x dogs and cat are sorted with their wooden crates and are supposed to fly with my partner when he gets his UK Spouse Visa.
I'm so stressed out!

You've probably already seen this, but just in case this is a link to how to apply from New Zealand. It's apparently a different process to most other countries https://www.gov.uk/government/public...in-new-zealand

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to panic. It's just a process, and if you meet the criteria and complete the application correctly your partner will get his visa. It won't be in time for him to travel to the UK with you to start your new job, so now's the time for him to sort out where he'll be staying in NZ while he waits for his application to be processed.

If you come to anything in the application that you don't quite understand ask here, we're a pretty helpful bunch

Thank you SpouseofScouse! I want to get everything organised before I leave because I'm the chief of logistics and form filler outerer! OH is stressed and putting head in sand.
