Accomodation - Spouse Visa
Looking at moving back to the UK late in 2017. I'm a UK citizen and my wife is a non-EU citizen.
Have been married to my wife nearly 9 years. She's had numerous family visit visa's. Meeting the financial requirements is not an issue.
Would rather not have to rent a house earlier than necessary. I could get a letter from my parents that we could live with them and the supporting documents from them about their house.
Would it be an issue that they live in Devon and my job would be in London? Would immigration accept me saying that I would return at weekends until we found our own place?

You plan sounds fine.
Plenty of people work and live somewhere during the week and return home at weekends.

Daft though it may seem, the accommodation can be anywhere in the UK, so you could rent a home in the Shetland Islands and still meet the accommodation requirements even though your job is in London.
